This is the common ancestor of all other American articulated steam locomotives.
I chose to build a moc of this locomotive to create something that hasn't been created in lego before. The development of this locomotive was relatively difficult, with a limited amount of schematics/photographs to work off of. Furthermore, I did multiple redesigns of the valve gear and other minor details. Overall, I'm confident with how to model turned out.
