About DPRK missile train by Ralph Savelsberg

In September 2021 state media of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea) released footage of a new missile test, in which two ballistic missiles were launched from a train. My model is a detailed 1/43 scale model of that train. It consists of an M62 diesel-electric locomotive originally built in the Soviet Union, a Chinese-built P61 box car and the actual missile launch car. Externally this looks very much like the P61, but it has extra doors and an opening roof to allow the missiles to be launched from it. On the model, the doors open, the roof can be opened and the two missiles can be raised for launch.
