About Santa Fe CE-8 class caboose by Sasha Kristie
This is a model of a Santa Fe railway CE-8 caboose, built in 1978. The model is in the classic red and yellow Santa Fe color scheme with accurate white detailing on the handrails. The cupola sticks out past the body on each side, as with the original. Due to a lack of obtainable decals, I decided to brick build the Santa Fe crest logo on the side of the car, which I think turned out pretty well. The model is hollow to be lightweight and efficient to build and is all pure Lego.
