About The Montparnasse Derailment by BulleidBricks

This infamous accident was caused by a train coming into the station too fast, causing the train to smash through the window, dangling into the street until it could be removed. Over a hundred years later, the event was replicated in the film Hugo (2011). I am a fan of the film, so I chose to include characters and little references to the film throughout the build, such as the titular character's sanctuary, George Melies' toy booth and the station inspector's office, complete with cell and bathtub as seen in a particularly amusing moment from the film.
