About Union Pacific Forty Niner #2906 (4-6-2) by Brandon Koller

Here is The Union Pacific 49er 2906! Built in 1920 and streamlined in 1937 into an upside down bathtub art deco design, this streamliner would run from Chicago to San Francisco in a 48 hour timetable. Only two 49er streamline engines were made, and later de-streamlined, and scrapped in the early 50s.
This MOC contains 1965 pieces, and can run on LGMS standard track (R104). The locomotive and tender are ten studs wide, with the front and brown sides of the loco held using snot techniques. It also contains custom driving wheels, rods, and uses two MouldKing L-Motors to run through a Blunami 4408 board.
