About Viscount: Fictional WD 2-8-0 by @Trainiac134
Viscount is a fictitious 2-8-0 for my fictional railway project that pulls aspects from a variety of real locomotives including but not limited to the S&DJR 7F, QR Brown Bombers, Riddles WD heavy freight engines, and the ROD 2-8-0. The engine has both a dark tan and olive green scheme to represent wartime and peace usage respectively
